UNCG class/activity cancellations and Jackson Library closure in anticipation of Hurricane Florence

In anticipation of the effects of Hurricane Florence in the Triad, UNCG is cancelling classes and scheduled activities starting at noon on Weds 9/12.

Jackson Library is closing at 5 pm today.  Normal library operations are expected to resume Sunday at 5 pm. See the library hours page for details.

“Data: Powered By You.” We'll learn about current trends and best practices in data transparency, data activism, what to do with data, and more! October 1-5, entirely virtual and free to all.

Students - Wiley Researcher Academy Workshop in Jackson Library Sept 20, 12 - 1:30 pm

Wiley Researcher Academy is a new product. It has online self paced learning modules on writing and publishing intended for early career researchers.

The first time you use it, you need to be on campus to create your own account with Wiley. Yes, the liaison librarian for your subject can do this for you. Please allow 24-48h turnaround during the week b/c we are not always on campus.
